• Every time we successfully place a candidate, we plant 10 trees through the reforestation charity Just One Tree.

• We invest 1% of profit into carbon removal initiatives. In 2022 we donated to Climeworks.

• We have built a carbon-conscious website, working in partnership with Future Selves.

• We run an internship scheme for individuals from under-represented groups.

• We make ethical decisions when gifting for candidates, clients and employees.

• We donate to The Ocean Cleanup, a non-profit organisation developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
